一、學(xué)院簡介

文理學(xué)院為北京師范大學(xué)建制性教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)，設(shè)立在珠海校區(qū)。文理學(xué)院下設(shè)13個文理基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科專業(yè)系，分別為：中文系、歷史系、哲學(xué)系、外語系、數(shù)學(xué)系、物理系、化學(xué)系、生物系、地理系、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)系、心理系、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與大數(shù)據(jù)系、統(tǒng)計系，涵蓋5個A+學(xué)科，8個雙一流建設(shè)學(xué)科（校區(qū)共11個，占比73%）。文理學(xué)院聚焦做大做強文理基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科，以培養(yǎng)具有卓越創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新能力的未來科學(xué)家和哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)家為目標(biāo)，探索構(gòu)建具有北師大特色的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科拔尖人才培養(yǎng)新模式，著力培養(yǎng)“四有”標(biāo)識鮮明的一流學(xué)生。

03強有力的學(xué)科建設(shè)團隊

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專任教師200余人。包括中科院院士2人，國家杰青4人，海外杰青1人，學(xué)者1人，領(lǐng)軍人才2人，各類人才項目人員30余人。學(xué)院處于非常年輕的狀態(tài)，引進人才中35歲以下人員占比54%。學(xué)院將繼續(xù)積極引進高層次人才和團隊，重點引進一流科學(xué)家、學(xué)科領(lǐng)軍人物和優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者。同時，學(xué)院還注重從全球范圍內(nèi)吸引優(yōu)秀人才，加強人才儲備，提升學(xué)院的國際競爭力；加強培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀青年教師，健全多元化人員聘用機制、創(chuàng)新人才工作機制，持續(xù)優(yōu)化人才工作環(huán)境。

學(xué)院支持人才參加國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會議，拓寬學(xué)術(shù)視野，增進學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作；邀請國內(nèi)外知名學(xué)者來校交流訪問，為人才提供更多與國際接軌的機會。積極尋求與國內(nèi)外高校、科研機構(gòu)等單位的合作機會，共同開展研究項目，推動科研成果的產(chǎn)出和轉(zhuǎn)化。借力珠海市友城項目、學(xué)校的國際合作載體和特色品牌國際合作項目，通過人文交流、學(xué)術(shù)活動、社會服務(wù)等多形式搭建國際學(xué)生校內(nèi)外交流平臺，加大和港澳高校合作交流的力度。

二、重點招聘學(xué)科（方向）

（五）骨干教師

具有博士學(xué)位或高校、科研單位任職經(jīng)歷，從事教學(xué)、科研工作的人員，原則上年齡不超過45歲。

Introduction of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) is an established teaching and research institution of Beijing Normal University (BNU), which is located in Zhuhai Campus. The FAS consists of 13 departments specializing in fundamental arts and sciences disciplines: Chinese, History, Philosophy, Foreign Languages, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Systems Science, Psychology, Data Science & Big Data and Statistics, which cover 5 A+ disciplines and 8 double first-class construction disciplines (11 disciplines in total in the campus, accounting for 73% of the total number of disciplines). The FAS focuses on expanding and strengthening the disciplines of arts and sciences, aims to cultivate future scientists with superb innovative spirit and ability in philosophical and social realms, explores a new mode of cultivating outstanding talents in fundamental disciplines with the characteristics of BNU, and strives to cultivate a first-rate generation with “Four Qualifications”.

The ancillary support provided by the FAS for introduced talents is an all-encompassing, multi-dimensional system designed to ensure that the talents can integrate smoothly, work with peace of mind, and develop their potential to the fullest.

There are more than 200 full-time employees in the FAS, including 2 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 4 holders of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 1 holder of The Overseas Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 1 recipient of Chang Jiang Scholars Program, 2 leading talents, and more than 30 personnel of various talent programs. The FAS is in a very young state, and 54% of the introduced talents are under 35 years old. The FAS will continue to actively introduce high-level talents and teams, focusing on the introduction of first-class scientists, discipline leaders and outstanding young scholars. At the same time, the FAS also focuses on attracting outstanding talents from all over the world, strengthening the talent reserve and enhancing the international competitiveness; emphasizing on the cultivation of outstanding young teachers, improving the mechanism of diversified personnel employment, innovating the working mechanism of talents, and continuously optimizing the working environment of talents.

Academic Exchange and Cooperation in Rapid Development

The FAS supports talents to participate in academic conferences at home and abroad to broaden academic horizons and enhance academic exchanges and cooperation; famous scholars at home and abroad are invited to visit the FAS for exchanges and more opportunities are provided for talents to connect with the international community. The FAS actively seeks opportunities for cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions and other units to jointly carry out research projects and promote the output and transformation of scientific research results.
