The School of Earth Science and Resources at Chang’An University is looking to appoint a Postdoctoral Fellow (PDF) to work on a project characterizing the genesis of Cu–Pd sulfide mineralization in the alkaline Geordie Lake magmatic sulfide deposit located in the Midcontinent Rift (Canada). Although the PDF will be primarily supervised by Dr. Matthew Brzozowski, they will have the opportunity to interact with leaders in the field of critical metals research, as well as a vibrant group of graduate researchers focusing on a diversity of critical metal systems in China and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a recent PhD graduate with knowledge of magmatic–hydrothermal deposits and have experience working with metal stable isotopes. The candidate should be comfortable communicating in English as this is the working language of the research group. While the described project will be the primary focus of the PDF, we welcome ideas for additional projects to support the PDF in developing their research foundation.

二、崗位描述
圍繞加拿大中大陸裂谷地區(qū)喬迪湖堿性巖漿硫化物礦床中銅-鈀硫化物開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)深入的研究工作。與典型的巖漿硫化物礦床相比，該賦存于堿性輝長(zhǎng)巖侵入體中而非鈣堿性超基性巖，其銅和鈀含量高度富集，硫化物以黃銅礦和斑銅礦為主，磁黃鐵礦和鎳黃鐵礦少見(jiàn)。因此，該項(xiàng)目將基于目前對(duì)中大陸裂谷Cu-PGE礦化的研究基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)硫化物微量元素化學(xué)、非傳統(tǒng)金屬穩(wěn)定同位素（如鐵、銅）和硫同位素等手段，解決礦床的成因問(wèn)題。項(xiàng)目資金充裕，并有額外基金支持后續(xù)工作。
博士后由Matthew Brzozowski主要負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)，同時(shí)將有機(jī)會(huì)與關(guān)鍵金屬研究領(lǐng)域的知名專家合作，包括吳昌志教授、雷如雄教授、Peter Hollings博士和David Good博士，并與中國(guó)和加拿大關(guān)鍵金屬領(lǐng)域的研究生共事。
三、應(yīng)聘資格
1、身心健康，具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)、道德品質(zhì)和職業(yè)精神，有很強(qiáng)的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
2、近3年內(nèi)在國(guó)內(nèi)、外獲得博士學(xué)位，或者即將畢業(yè)的博士研究生（須通過(guò)博士畢業(yè)論文答辯，并且需要學(xué)校出具半年內(nèi)可以取得博士學(xué)位證明）。
3、能熟練使用英語(yǔ)開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)交流（英語(yǔ)為項(xiàng)目組工作語(yǔ)言）。
4、要求具備巖漿熱液礦床相關(guān)知識(shí)，具有金屬穩(wěn)定同位素研究經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
5、未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，歡迎提出符合礦床學(xué)發(fā)展的其他項(xiàng)目構(gòu)想，開(kāi)展合作研究。
四、薪酬待遇
