深圳灣實驗室位于粵港澳大灣區(qū)核心引擎，是深圳新建立的生命健康科學研究機構(gòu)，由詹啟敏院士擔任實驗室主任，林建華教授擔任特別顧問，吳云東院士任實驗室常務副主任。實驗室由北京大學深圳研究生院與相關(guān)單位共同舉辦，協(xié)同粵港澳大灣區(qū)健康科學領(lǐng)域具有研究基礎(chǔ)和應用優(yōu)勢的單位合作共建。
粵港澳大灣區(qū)瞄準世界科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展前沿，據(jù)《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》指出，大力發(fā)展新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài)、新模式，促進大灣區(qū)建成世界新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、先進制造業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)基地。促進深圳灣實驗室將堅持“立足深圳、問題導向、匯聚人才、支撐發(fā)展”的發(fā)展理念，建設世界一流生命科學和生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的學術(shù)研究中心。

一、招聘對象
海內(nèi)外知名院校及科研機構(gòu)中，從事生命科學前沿研究的各層次人才。崗位包括首席科學家，資深研究員（tenured），特聘研究員（預聘，tenure-track）。深圳灣實驗室重點關(guān)注以下8個方向（申請人可明確其首選研究方向，亦可注明其他）：
分子生理學：研究DNA復制和修復，RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄和加工，蛋白質(zhì)合成、加工和定位，表觀遺傳學，細胞的信號轉(zhuǎn)導等科學問題，瞄準神經(jīng)疾病等重大疾病，發(fā)明和推進基礎(chǔ)研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)中重要的分子生物學技術(shù)。
系統(tǒng)生物學：深入認識生命體內(nèi)各重要組成部分的性質(zhì)和關(guān)聯(lián)，以系統(tǒng)學科交叉促進新規(guī)律發(fā)現(xiàn)。包含生命科學理論與計算生物學、理論與計算化學、生物信息(包括大數(shù)據(jù))及相關(guān)多組學研究。
化學生物學：發(fā)展化學生物學新型技術(shù)，開展糖生物學，合成化學和生物學，化學基因組學和復雜天然產(chǎn)物的研究，利用化學生物學手段研究重大疾病相關(guān)分子機制與調(diào)控，建立獨特活性分子庫和高通量篩選平臺，開發(fā)創(chuàng)新藥物。
創(chuàng)新藥物：研研究建立貫穿創(chuàng)新藥物研究上下游的全創(chuàng)新鏈，開展重大疾病創(chuàng)新藥物研究。
生物分析：以技術(shù)驅(qū)動為基礎(chǔ)，側(cè)重發(fā)展前沿單細胞分析技術(shù)。
醫(yī)學工程：構(gòu)建包括基因?qū)用娴慕M學數(shù)據(jù)、醫(yī)學影像數(shù)據(jù)、健康大數(shù)據(jù)等數(shù)據(jù)獲取的硬件基礎(chǔ)。
癌癥：研究腫瘤篩查和早期診斷新技術(shù)，腫瘤治療新策略和新藥物，腫瘤分子變異和微環(huán)境相互作用的新理論，腫瘤大數(shù)據(jù)的模型、方法和應用。
心血管與代謝疾病：發(fā)展新的手段理解，預防與治療心血管疾病、糖尿病及代謝相關(guān)疾病。
二、應聘條件
【資深研究職位】：主要包括首席科學家，資深研究員（tenured）
具有博士學位，應在海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研院所擔任副教授、副研究員以上或相當職務。
【預聘研究職位】：主要包括特聘研究員（預聘，tenure-track）
具有博士學位；應聘人學術(shù)水平和資歷應達到擔任海內(nèi)外知名高校助理教授或副教授職務的相應標準；首聘期5-6年，后通過評估決定是否獲得長聘崗位（tenured）。

About SZBL
The Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) is a newly established institution focus on health sciences research, located in the heart of the China Great Bay Area. It was launched by the Peking University and Shenzhen city with an initial budget of $2 billion USD/5yr. SZBL aspires to be a world-class research institution and intellectual destination dedicated to understanding the fundamental biology underlying health and diseases while spurring solutions to the grand challenges confronting our world’s population and human well-being. The mission of the SZBL is to create a new research model to boost the health sciences and nurture the innovation-oriented biotechnology industry.
Whom we're looking for
The SZBL strives to deliver cutting-edge technology to the global scientific community through worldwide innovation and collaboration with experts and we are looking for the brightest minds to help us achieve our goals.
We are looking to fill multiple faculty positions at all ranks. Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine or closely related fields. Postdoctoral experience is required for a junior position (Assistant Professor). Applicants for senior positions are expected to have a demonstrated publication and funding record indicative of a leading scientist.
We particularly welcome applications from those with research interests related to molecular physiology, chemical biology, systems biology, drug discovery, bioanalytical science, biomedical engineering, cancer, neurological and psychiatric disorder, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The applicant can identify which of the above areas is his or her primary areas. Review of applications will start April 2019, but positions will remain open until filled.
