Key Responsibilities
- To promote products in target hospitals in assigned territory and develop and maximize the healthy working relationship with customers in hospitals through professional call and academic communication activities.
在指定區(qū)域的目標醫(yī)院中進行專業(yè)拜訪和學術研討活動,并達到公司要求.同當?shù)蒯t(yī)院的客戶發(fā)展健康的工作關系并使其達到最佳化.
- Proactively participate in business knowledge and skills learning as required by the company. And effectively apply knowledge and skills into day to day professional promotion activities.
主動參與專業(yè)技能及知識的學習，并達到公司要求.同時能有效地運用上述技能及知識于日常學術推廣活動中.
- Understand customer medical diagnosis and application on company brands; submit reports as required by the company in a timely manner.
及時了解并收集客戶疾病診療及品牌使用信息.按要求準時并如實地遞交各種報表.
- Proactively join business meetings and team building activities, share professional promotion experiences, market intelligence with the team and support manager to achieve overall team objectives.
積極參與公司的各種業(yè)務會議及團隊建設.與團隊共享專業(yè)推廣經(jīng)驗、心得及市場信息, 協(xié)助主管實現(xiàn)團隊目標.
- Proactively join SFA project implementation, input related information per company requirement (like call frequency and coverage, meetings, and medical information provision quality, etc) Support manager to ensure the efficiency of systems and processes that enable field-force performance to be reviewed and assessed in both qualitative and quantitative means.
通過積極參與SFA項目的實施,按要求及時準確錄入相關信息（拜訪、覆蓋率、會議、客戶拜訪及醫(yī)學信息提供的質量等）,協(xié)助主管或經(jīng)理確保系統(tǒng)的有效運作,并能夠在數(shù)量及質量上得到檢查及評估.
- To assist manager and team to ensure marketing strategy for individual products is linked closely to academic communication activities.
協(xié)助主管/經(jīng)理確保每個品牌的學術研討活動與市場發(fā)展策略緊密相連.
- To implement the business plan set by line manager and continuously improve territory management and activity planning systems within the defined territory.
執(zhí)行主管/經(jīng)理制定的地區(qū)業(yè)務計劃,制定并不斷改進指定區(qū)域的業(yè)務計劃.
- To ensure that all activities undertaken fully comply with the Company’s policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct.
確保所有承擔的活動完全符合公司的政策及質量標準,符合中華人民共和國的法律法規(guī)及其他相關的行為準則.
- Comply with company Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).

Requirements
- Bachelor degree, Major in Medicine, Bioscience, Chemical, Public Health etc.
